Mental Health Football

AFC Berserkers' football therapy program is designed to create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere, promoting social inclusion for individuals with mental health concerns. We prioritise respect and enjoyment, encouraging friendly competition to ensure that everyone, regardless of skill level, can appreciate the beauty of the game.

 

Weekly sessions will take place in Nottingham to establish mental health football teams for participants of all skill levels. Supported by the NHS, these sessions will cost £5 each.
